Return Policy for DIRECT SALES from LostCivilizationDVD.com:
If the product is defective, you will be refunded the original purchase price and original shipping & handling charges. In order to receive a refund, you must send back the DVD, the receipt and a signed description of the defect, or the reason for the return. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. You will receive your refund in the same manner as your original transaction; i.e. if you paid with a credit card, the same credit card will be credited with the refund. For returns other than for reason of defect, you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refunded total.
